Mumbai, September 28: The South Korean automaker Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S24 FE (Fan Edition) under its S series for the Indian market. Price for Samsung’s latest mid-range offering – the Galaxy S24 FE starts at INR 59,999, which is available in two variants - 128GB and 256GB. Pre-orders for the Galaxy S24 FE phone are already open and will go on sale starting October 3.

Customers interested in purchasing the handset can pre-book it on the official website and at retail stores. As part of the offer, the phone attracts pre-orders with a Samsung Care+ package worth INR 4,799 being offered at just INR 999. Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Variants:

Samsung offers the Galaxy S24 FE in two variants, 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The former is priced at INR 59,999, while the latter costs INR 65,999. The Galaxy S24 FE mid-range offering comes in four colours – Yellow, Blue, Graphite and Mint.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ sAMOLED Infinity-O flat 120Hz display screen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. The panel features an in-display optical fingerprint scanner. For photography, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is equipped with a vertically aligned triple camera module at the rear. The setup comprises a 50MP OIS-enabled primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 12MP ultrawide lens with f/2.4 aperture and an 8MP telephoto lens with OIS and 3X optical zoom. The front camera is a 10MP snapper with f/24 aperture, catering to selfies and video calling. The 5G phone is IP68-rated for protection against water.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Battery & OS:

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is backed by a 4,700 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. It also supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. It runs Samsung’s One UI 6.1.1 based on Android 14 out-of-the-box. Samsung has promised 7 years of OS upgrades and security updates.
