Samsung, world's largest smartphone maker has officially announced a special unpacked event in San Francisco on February 20, 2019. This unpacked event from Samsung will mark the official unveiling of Galaxy S10 flagship devices. Moreover, the Korean phone maker will be celebrating 10th anniversary of Galaxy S series at the unpacked event. It was earlier rumoured that Samsung will be eyeing Mobile World Congress 2019 to launch the new Galaxy S10, as seen previously for Galaxy S9. Samsung's unpacked event will be held in San Francisco and the company will be broadcasting the event on its official website - www.samsung.com/galaxy.

Considering the speculations, it is expected that Samsung might launch Galaxy S10 flagship device in three variants - S10 Lite, S10 and S10 Plus. It is also rumoured that two 5G versions of Galaxy S10 will also be showcased at the event. Samsung Galaxy S10 will sport new kind of display, which is referred as 'Infinity-o display' that we have already seen on Galaxy A8s smartphone. The 5G variant of Galaxy S10 will have a bigger 6.7-inch display whereas Galaxy S10 Plus might carry a smaller 6.3-inch display. According to Netherlands-based tech website - Techtastic, Galaxy S10 Lite will get a single front camera and a flat display. However, the Galaxy S10 will also feature a single front camera. The report further highlighted that, the Galaxy S10 Plus, Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy S10 Bolt smartphones will feature dual-front cameras.
