With the increasing rivalry in the budget smartphones, Samsung India, on Monday, launched the new Galaxy On6 phone in India. Priced at Rs. 14,490, the newly launched Galaxy On6 device will go on sale tonight exclusively on Flipkart. Moreover, the company is targeting the younger audience and they have appointed Bollywood actor, Tiger Shroff as the brand ambassador of the smartphone. The device competes against Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, Realme 1, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, and others in the budget smartphone space. Coming to the specifications, the new Samsung Galaxy On6 device features a 5.6-inch HD Super AMOLED screen with aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Under the hood, the device is fitted with a 1.6GHz Octa-core Exynos 7870 chipset clubbed with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage that can expanded up till 256GB via microSD card. Backed by a 3000mAh battery, the smartphone runs on the latest Android Oreo 8.1.

Coming to the camera department, the handset gets a 13MP primary shoort with an f/1.9 aperture and dedicated LED flash. The primary shooter also gets live stickers, stamps, filters and much more. At the front, there is an 8MP front snapper with an f/1.9 aperture for selfies and video calling, which features selfie focus and beauty mode. In a bid to attract buyers, the e-commerce giant is offering No cost EMI from Rs. 1,610 each month alongside complete mobile protection at just Rs. 99. The smartphone takes multi-tasking to a level higher, as it sports a chat over video feature that proffers the users to chat while watching videos and much more.
