Samsung Electronics has officially confirmed the launched date of new Galaxy device on August 9 by sending out media invitations. As the official invite clearly shows the S Pen Stylus, it is believed that the upcoming Galaxy device will be Note 9, as it is the hallmark feature of a Note series device. And, it is also rumored that the new Galaxy Note 9 is expected to make its debut in August. Moreover, the company's official invite also says that Samsung will “welcome a new member to the premium Galaxy family.” As the Note 9 recently got certified by US FCC, the timing should not come as a surprise. By revealing the S Pen stylus in the teaser, the company has made it clear that it is focusing on the basics with the next Galaxy Note series device.
The new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will come powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC for the markets like US and China, whereas rest of the markets will get Samsung's own Exynos 9810 CPU. It is also rumored that the company might introduce 8GB RAM variant alongside 6GB RAM variant. The smartphone will also carry up to 256GB of internal storage. The new Galaxy Note 9 handset reportedly will feature 4000 mAh battery capacity.
