Yesterday, Samsung launched its most-anticipated smartphone globally at an event held in New York. As the Unpacked 2018 concluded, we got to see two new products from Samsung unveiled along with Galaxy Note 9 -- The Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Home. As announced during the end of the show, Samsung’s new smartphones are priced at USD 999.99 for the 128 GB storage model and the 512 GB variant at USD 1249.99, which will be available on August 24 and the pre-order starts today. Fortnite Game Could Be Launched Alongside Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Smartphone on August 9.

Now, the South Korean tech giant has finally revealed the prices for the Indian market. Starting off with the base variant of 128 GB ROM + 6 GB RAM is priced at Rs 67,900, whereas the premium variant comes with 512 GB ROM + 8 GB RAM  at a price tag of Rs 84,900. Initially, Samsung introduced three colour options for the new device, but it is still not clear if the Indian market would get it all. Coming to the specification, the phone packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC for the US market. However, for the rest of the market, including India, the device will showcase the company’s own Exynos 9810 processor. Both the phablets are paired with up to 8 GB RAM and up to 512 GB internal storage expandable up to 1 TB. To keep the device alive for a full day, it carries a massive 4,000 mAh battery, which supports Quick Charger 2.0 charger. The latest Android Oreo 8.1 OS runs the phone.

Before going further into the smartphone, let us talk about the other two products introduced at the event. The Galaxy Watch, the smartwatch designed to be Note 9’s companion giving the user quick updates and notifications concerning the wearer’s health status, is an upgrade from its previous smart-watch models. Built to last, the new Galaxy Watch comes with high-resolution AMOLED display and is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass DX+  with military-grade durability and IP68 certifications. Programmed with up to 39 workout modes for fitness trackers, which is an upgrade from what Gear S3 offers. Now for the Samsung’s Galaxy Home device, the home assistant is powered by company’s programmed AI – Bixby. Galaxy Home features a built-in subwoofer and eight-microphones designed to grab command from far away distances. With AKG-tuned speakers, the home assistant gives a much louder but clearer surround sound. The functions of the home device are similar to its Apple, Google and Amazon counterparts available in the market. As for prices, both the products have not yet got a price tag and they are not availabe for sale as of now.

Coming back to Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9 smartphone, it carries a dual 12MP intelligent cameras at the rear, whereas the front, the device sports an 8MP sensors for selfies and video chats. The smartphone also offers accessories like the Clear View Standing Cover, LED View Cover, Leather Cover, Protective Standing Cover, Wireless Charger Duo, Wireless Charger Pad and Gear IconX.
