Samsung, the South Korean electronics giant is all set to launch a brand new smartphone in the Indian market. According to the market reports, Samsung will be adding a new handset to it popular Galaxy M series. If the reports are to be believed, the new smartphone will be launched as a successor to Galaxy M40. However, the exact details about the smartphones are yet to be revealed. The alleged successor of the Galaxy M40 is likely to be called as Galaxy M50. It is also believed that the smartphone is likely to make its India debut on November 15, 2019. According to the report from 91Mobiles, Samsung has sent a note to its retail partners mentioning that the company is looking forward to the next M-series device. It is important to note that there is no official word from the company yet.

Additionally, the Galaxy M-series was launched exclusively for the online market. But, now the company will also be targeting the offline audience. So, we can expect Samsung to retail the Galaxy M50 in India via online and offline channels. The phone maker is also assessing the current scenario to keep a same price tag for both the platforms.

As of now, other details of the Galaxy M50 are yet to be known. As a reminder, the Galaxy M40 smartphone was launched in the Indian market earlier this year in June. It was priced at Rs 19,990 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone was offered in two shades - Midnight Blue and Seawater Blue. We can expect more details surfacing on the net about the smartphone.
