New Delhi, January 4 : Samsung has launched its new budget smartphone Galaxy F04 in India. The new Samsung Galaxy F04 handset is the successor to the Galaxy F03 and has arrived to compete in the huge ocean of models in the entry-level smartphone market of India.

Samsung Galaxy F04 - Specifications and Features :

  • The Samsung Galaxy F04 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with 720 x 1600 pixels screen resolution and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The display features a waterdrop notch design.

  • The device gets powered by the Helio P35 processor that is paired with 4 GB of RAM, 4 GB of virtual RAM (RAM Plus), and up to 128 GB of internal storage.

    The entry-level smartphone runs on the Android 12 (Go edition) OS that is topped with the One UI skin out-of-the-box. The device comes with two years of OS update support.

  • The phone offers primary rear dual-camera setup that features a 13MP primary sensor teamed up with a 2MP depth sensor and are supported by an LED flash. There’s a 5MP front-facing snapper to handle the selfie and video calling requirements.

  • To handset draws its juice from a big 5,000mAh battery pack that comes along with 15W charging support.

  • Being a budget smartphone, the Galaxy F04 lacks a fingerprint scanner for security and hence, makes up for it with a face recognition unlock feature.

Samsung Galaxy F04 – Price & Availability

The new Samsung Galaxy F04 smartphone is priced at Rs 7,499 for its sole variant. The device is offered in pink and green colour options. The Galaxy F04 is essentially the same as that of the Galaxy M04 when design and specs are concerned. The only difference is, while the M04 was launched in December 2022 to be sold through Amazon, the F04 is meant to be sold through Flipkart. The Galaxy F04 will go on sale from January 12 onwards. The device will be offered on sale online, on Flipkart as well as Samsung India’s official website.
