As per a report of Reuters, Salesforce agreed to acquire Tenyx, a firm known for its AI voice agent technology. Tenyx’s technology, which focuses on voice-enabled AI, is expected to enhance Salesforce’s services by enabling the company to offer personalised and efficient customer service solutions.
