Basics first! The Reliance Jio Independence Day Offer is for prepaid customers. This annual offer can be availed for Rs 2999. However, 5G users can also avail of this offer. Coming to the benefits, it will not only have the usual data and calling benefits but several other ones as well. These include discounts on popular food delivery services and online shopping. Among other benefits, users who avail of the 2999 offer will get discounts on travel bookings.

For Rs 2,999, Reliance Jio users will get 2.5 GB of data per day for a year. As part of the same recharge, users will receive unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day for 365 days. This, takes the total of allowed data to 912.5 GB. Reliance Jio - Other Benefits

We previously mentioned how users availing of the 2999 offers would have other benefits in addition to data, calling, and SMS. These included discounts on travel, shopping, and more. Here are those benefits in detail- If you order food through Swiggy and the value of your order is Rs 249 or more, you get a Rs 100 discount.

If you book flights through Yatra, you’ll have a chance to save up to Rs 1500. Additionally, if you book domestic hotels through Yatra, you’ll get a 15% reduction up to Rs 4000. If you purchase products through Ajio, you’ll get a Rs 200 discount, if your order value exceeds Rs 999. However, the offer is valid only on select products.

If you purchase through Netmeds and your order exceeds Rs 999, you’ll receive a 20% price cut and NMS Supercash. If you purchase through Reliance Digital, you’ll get a flat 10% discount on select audio products and domestic appliances.
