New Delhi, June 4: Redmi is expected to launch its latest tablet, the Redmi Pad Pro, soon in India. The tablet has been spotted on Indian certification websites, signalling its imminent release. The Redmi Pad Pro is the successor to the Redmi Pad and Redmi Pad SE, which were launched in India earlier.

As per a report of India Today, the Redmi Pad Pro is expected to launch in India soon, but the timeline has not been officially revealed by Xiaomi yet. The tablet was launched in China in April and there were rumours that it could launch in India under the Poco brand. The upcoming Redmi Pad Pro is identified by model number 2405CRPFDI, which has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. The Redmi Pad Pro is rumoured to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, which might come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and the storage is expected to be expanded up to 1.5TB.

The Redmi Pad Pro is expected to feature a 12.1-inch display, which is likely to offer a 2.5K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The display is also anticipated to deliver a peak brightness of 600 nits and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The tablet is rumoured to feature an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.
