After recently splitting from Xiaomi, Redmi has finally launched a brand new smartphone called Redmi Note 7 in China. Moreover, this is the foremost device from Redmi By Xiaomi sub-brand. It comes with 48MP primary camera and Waterdrop Notch, fingerprint sensor and 4000 mAh battery. The smartphone is slated to go on sale in China from January 15 onwards. The newly launched Redmi Note 7 will be offered in three exciting shades - Twilight Gold, Fantasy Blue, and Bright Black colours. For photography, the smartphone gets a dual camera module at the rear comprising of 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 5MP secondary sensor for depth effect. At the front, the phone equips 13MP selfie camera with AI capabilities for video calling and selfies.
Running Android Oreo based on MIUI 10, the phone is backed by a massive 4000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support. For connectivity, the new Redmi Note 7 comes with USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, 4G VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth v5, Wi-Fi 802.11 and more. As far as the prices are concerned, the Redmi Note 7 is priced from CNY 999 (around Rs 10,300) for 3GB variant. The 4GB and 6GB variants are priced at CNY 1199 (around Rs 12,400) and CNY 1399 (around Rs 14,500).
