Expanding its product portfolio in India, Realme on Friday officially launched the Realme XT smartphone at an event in New Delhi. Priced from Rs 15,999 for the base variant, the Realme XT is India's first smartphone to feature a quad camera setup at the back. The newly launched Realme XT smartphone will be offered in three variants - 4GB, 6GB & 8GB. The smartphone is slated to go on sale on September 16 at 12PM IST via Flipkart. However, the smartphone will be available for purchase via offline stores soon. The phone maker will also be introducing Android 10 OS on Realme XT by Q1, 2020. Apart from Realme XT, the Chinese phone brand also introduced new 10,000 mAh power bank and Realme Buds wireless. To be offered in three colour options, the Realme Power Bank offers 18W Two-way charge, Type C/ USB A Dual Output and 12 layer circuit protection. It is priced at Rs 1299, which will be offered on Flipkart and Amazon by end of this month. On the other hand, Realme Buds Wireless earphones are priced at Rs 1799, which will be offered soon through Amazon and offline stores. The company also launched attractive looking cases for Realme XT with a price tag of Rs 399.
Coming back to the smartphone, the newly launched Realme XT gets a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED fullscreen display with Dew-drop notch and 91.9% screen to body ratio. The 3D glass design of Realme XT is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone offers resolution of 2340x1080 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC, which is clubbed with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.

For photography, the handset gets a quad camera module at the back which comprises of a 64MP main camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP portrait sensor. At the front, there is a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor with large f/2.0 aperture and AI beautification. The smartphone is backed by a big 4000 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charger with 20W adapter offering 0 to 100 charging in just 80 minutes. Coming to the prices, the base variant of Realme XT with 4GB of RAM + 64GB storage is priced at Rs 15,999 whereas the mid variant with 6GB of RAM + 64GB storage is launched at Rs 16,999. The top-of-the-line model with 8GB of RAM + 128GB storage costs Rs 18,999.
