Realme, the Chinese smartphone brand has officially launched a new smartphone - Realme X2 Pro in the home market. Packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, the handset will take on OnePlus 7T and Redmi K20 Pro. The main underlines of the Realme X2 Pro are quad rear camera module, FHD+ Super AMOLED Fluid display screen with HDR10+, 90Hz refresh rate and much more. The smartphone is priced at Rs CNY 2699 (around Rs 27,200) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The device is scheduled to go on sale from October 18 via Realme official site, Jingdong, Tmall, and Suning Tesco. The newly launched handset will be offered in two gradient shades - White, Blue. Additionally, the buyers will also get a discount of CNY 100 for purchasing the device during the first sale.
Additionally, the company has also unveiled the Realme X2 Pro Master edition at its event, which is designed by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. The Realme X2 Pro Master features frosted glass protection with Brick and Cement finish. It will be offered as a single 12GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration. However, the remaining specifications are straight-away lifted from the Realme X2 Pro, which will cost CNY 3,299 in China. Specification wise, the smartphone gets a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Fluid display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. Protected by Gorilla Glass 5, the handset also gets an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset which is paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie on top of ColorOS 6.1.
For photography, there is a quad-camera module at the back which comprises of 64MP Samsung GW1 primary shooter along with a 13MP secondary sensor, an 8MP tertiary sensor with a 115-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The phone gets a 16MP Sony IMX471 camera up front for video calling and selfies. The Realme X2 Pro is backed by a 4000mAh battery with 50W SuperVOOC flash charge technology.
