Realme X2 Pro and Realme 5s smartphones will be launched in the Indian market today at an event in New Delhi. The new Realme X2 Pro will be phone maker's flagship offering whereas the Realme 5s will be an affordable device. The launch event is slated to start at noon in the capital city. It is important to note that Realme X2 Pro is already available in the China market. As far as the India launch is concerned, it is scheduled to begin from 12pm IST in New Delhi. The phone maker will also be broadcasting the launch event of Realme X2 Pro and Realme 5s from the venue. The fans can watch live streaming on Realme's official YouTube channel and social media accounts.

Both the smartphones have been teased on Flipkart hinting their online sale will be exclusive to the e-commerce portal. Expect the smartphones to be available on Realme's online portal as well. The handset is expected to be offered in White and Blue colour shades with a gradient finish. We could also see Realme 5s in multiple colour shades.

As the smartphone is already launched in the China market, the specifications of Realme X2 Pro are known. The phone packs a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED 90Hz Fluid display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. The handset will get an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, 48MP quad rear camera and a massive 5000mAh battery. Though the official India prices for the smartphone will be revealed at the launch event, there are speculations in the market claiming that the Realme X2 Pro will fall in the same bracket as that of China model. The base variant with 6GB RAM of Realme X2 Pro retails in China at CNY 2,699 (around Rs. 27,200) while the mid-variant with 8GB RAM costs CNY 2,899 (approximately Rs.29,200). Moreover, the top-of-the-line variant with12GB RAM gets a price tag of CNY 3,299 (around Rs. 33,200).

Realme 5s, on the other hand, will be an affordable offering from the phone maker. Going by the market speculations, the Realme 5s will be slightly premium than Realme 5 and slightly lesser than Realme 5 Pro.
