It was last month when Realme India officially launched the Realme X2 Pro smartphone in the Indian market. Launched at a starting price of Rs 29,999 for the 8GB RAM variant, the Chinese phone maker reportedly is looking to introduce a cheaper version of the smartphone. The Realme X2 Pro comes in two versions - 8GB RAM & 12GB RAM. After receiving favourable reception for Realme X2 Pro, the company will be introducing a 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the phone. This piece of information was confirmed by Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India Mobiles via his official Twitter account. According to the tweet, the company will soon be launching the 6GB and 64GB variant of the phone that will proffer more affordable option to the customers looking to purchase the Realme X2 Pro. The 6GB RAM and 64GB variant of the Realme X2 Pro will be priced in India at Rs 27,999. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the availability of the phone in the Indian market.

Specification-wise, the Realme X2 Pro comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080X2400 pixels and 20:9 aspect ratio. The display screen also gets a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset which is clubbed up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal space. In the camera department, the phone gets a quad-rear camera module comprising of a 64MP sensor with a 13MP telephoto lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2MP depth scanner. At the front, the phone gets a waterdrop notch housing a 32MP shooter.

As far as the prices are concerned, the Realme X2 Pro gets a starting price of Rs 29,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant, while the top-of-the-line model (12GB + 256GB) is available at Rs. 33,999. The phone maker also offers Realme X2 Pro Master Edition.
