Realme, the spin-off brand of Oppo is all set to launch its new smartphone in the China market on May 15. The Chinese phone maker reportedly will be unveiling new Realme X alongside Realme X Youth Edition at the event. Prior to its official launch, a new smartphone from Realme has been spotted on Geekbench with a model number - RMX1901 with an octa-core chipset from Snapdragon. If previous leaks and TENAA listings are to be considered, the smartphone with model number 'RMX1901' reportedly belongs to Realme X. Going by the listing on the benchmarking platform, the smartphone was also spotted with Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset with 8GB RAM. The phone was seen running on Android Pie. If this leaked info is to be believed, the company might launch Realme X and Realme X Youth Edition with the same chipset- Snapdragon 710. As far as benchmarking performance is concerned, the Realme X version managed to score 5837 on Geekbench multi-core and 1506 on the Geekbench single-core tests. The handset is likely to be equipped with a 48MP main sensor along with a 5MP depth sensor. The front camera will be a 16MP snapper for video calling and selfies.
