Mumbai, August 20:  Realme has officially confirmed the launch of its much-anticipated Realme 13 series on August 29. The Realme 13 series is expected to bring significant upgrades over its predecessors in terms of processor and camera. The highlight of the upcoming series is the MediaTek D7300E processor. The company claims that this processor would offer higher benchmarks, which would help achieve enhanced performance.

According to the official announcement from Realme on X, the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy processor will offer up to 7,50,000 AnTuTu scores, which show that the smartphone can help with multitasking and gaming. The Chinese smartphone maker will also focus on artificial intelligence, just like its other devices, and likely launch at a highly competitive price. Moto G45 5G India Launch Tomorrow at 12 PM IST; Expected Price, Features & Specifications.

Depending on the processor, the smartphone may compete with Nothing Phone 2a, OnePlus Nord CE 4 and others, which offer around the same performance in terms of AnTuTu benchmarks. On the official website, Realme said that the device would also focus on charging and memory. The Realme 13 series will have the same design as the other mid-range series offered by the company.

The revealed images on X are similar to those of the company's P series smartphone. Realme has retained the luxury watch-like round-shaped camera module on the rear, which is present in all its smartphones, including the Realme 12 series, P series, and the recently launched Realme C65 5G. The Realme 13 5G is expected to have a 6.72-inch IPS LCD panel with 2400x1800 pixels. 

The smartphone company is expected to offer the Realme 13 series in the following storage options - 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and up to 1TB. The storage could be expandable using a microSD card. The dual camera setup on the rear is expected to offer a 50MP and 2MP shooter. The 16MP front camera may be introduced in the upcoming smartphones. In terms of OS, it could launch with Android 14-powered Realme UI 5.
