Mumbai, October 21: POCO may be planning to launch its new smartphone in the global market, the POCO M7 Pro 5G. The new M-series smartphone will offer new features and specifications in the mid-range segment compared to the predecessor. The POCO M7 Pro 5G would likely come with a dual-camera module on the rear and MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC.

According to a report by Gizmochina, certain specifications of the upcoming POCO M7 Pro 5G were revealed ahead of the launch via FCC in September 2024. Now, the smartphone was spotted on Indonesia's SIDPPI certification platform bearing the "2409FPCC4G" model number. POCO M7 Pro 5G Specifications and Features (Expected)

The POCO M7 Pro 5G spotted on the SIDPPI platform suggested its imminent launch in the global market. The report said the Indonesia certification platform did not reveal specifications but confirmed the model name. Gizmochina said that the upcoming smartphone would feature a rectangle dual-camera module on the rear. Further, it would be available in a green marble-like finish. The report said the POCO M7 Pro 5G could feature an AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The device could include a Dimensity 6100+ SoC mated with the Android 15-based Xiaomi HyperOS skin out of the box. The M7 Pro 5G base variant could come with 128GB internal storage. The device may include a 50MP primary camera. The company has yet to reveal the other features and specifications of the upcoming POCO M7 Pro 5G.
