Realme, a new budget smartphone manufacturer owned by Oppo launched its first smartphone - Realme 1 last month. Priced at Rs. 10,990, the company announced a new Moonlight Silver coloured variant which will be available for sale on June 18. Realme 1 Moonlight Silver will be sold exclusively via Amazon likewise the other two colour variants that are already on sale. Offered in three variants – 3GB, 4GB & 6GB of RAM, the Realme 1 Moonlight Silver handset will only feature in single variant (4GB/64GB).
Coming to the specifications, Realme 1 is powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and packs a 64GB internal storage space with a dedicated MicroSD slot up to 256GB. The handset sports a 6-inch FHD+ display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution. The dual-SIM smartphone runs on Android v8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.0 and is backed with a 3410mAH lithium-ion battery. As for the design, Realme 1 gets a glossy back panel crafted from fibreglass with a diamond cut pattern giving it a premium appeal. In terms of camera specifications, the device gets a single 13MP camera at the rear with LED flash and an 8MP selfie shooter upfront. Enabled with AI shots, the feature helps the users to capture images that are well balanced in terms of colour, exposure and brightness. The smartphone has replaced the Fingerprint sensor with Face Unlock feature in the security department that is claimed to unlock in 0.1 sec by the company. The smartphone features AI battery management that assists the device to last longer and avoid high power consumptions.
