Oppo Mobile India will be launching its first flagship smartphone - Find X in India today at an event in Delhi. With the race for the flagship devices already on, Oppo too aims to grab a piece of pie with its latest flagship device. It was earlier this year when Oppo globally revealed the smartphone at an event in Paris. The main underlines of the upcoming Find X smartphone are an all-glass body, AI-based portrait mode, 3D facial recognition, Snapdragon 845 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage and fast charging. On the specification front, the upcoming 4G enabled smartphone bags a 6.42-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1080x2340p of resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The display screen sports 93.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The flagship model comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC clubbed with 256GB of inbuilt storage and 8GB of RAM. Talking about the camera specifications, the Oppo Find X flaunts a dual camera module at the rear which constitutes 16MP primary sensor along with f/2.0 aperture and OIS and 20MP secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. Moreover, a 25MP front camera is also fitted on the smartphone with a f/2.0 aperture for video calling, selfies and face unlocking.
Concerning connectivity, the flagship device from Oppo comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type C port. Backed by 3730mAh battery, the smartphone also supports VOOC fast charging as well. Dimensionally, the phone measures 156.7x74.3x9.4mm, and weighs around 186g.
