New Delhi, May 6: OpenAI, the innovative artificial intelligence (AI) company, has been reportedly working on a new project and might soon introduce the ChatGPT search engine. The ChatGPT search engine is believed to merge the functionalities of a web search engine similar to Google search with the generative AI capabilities of ChatGPT.

As per a report of Indian Express, OpenAI's imminent ChatGPT-powered search engine could take on Google search. The rumors of a possible launch are gaining attention with several reports suggesting a launch date of May 9. The company has registered a new domain name, “search.chatgpt.com”. When a user poses a question, the ChatGPT search engine is expected to deliver a result that will likely include AI-generated content and relevant web pages. The search result might offer users an AI-summarised overview of all available web information along with the primary sources. ChatGPT Memory Feature Rolled Out for Paid Users by Sam Altman-Run OpenAI; Know How It Works and How To Use It.
