New Delhi, September 4: Chinese tech company OnePlus is reportedly busy working on its new upcoming tablet. As per the reports, the new tablet is going to be christened as the OnePlus Pad Go.
The upcoming new OnePlus Pad Go would be the second tablet from the house of OnePlus, while the OnePlus Pad tablet was the company’s first. Going by the naming strategy, the upcoming model could be a more affordable option to the OnePlus Pad. The OnePlus Pad was officially launched in India in February this year, and the upcoming OnePlus Pad Go is also thought to be arriving at our shores. OnePlus Pad Go – Imminent Launch Details Tipped
As per the latest reports and reliable tipsters, the new upcoming OnePlus tablet has been spotted with the model number OPD2304. These leaked details were shared on the OnePlus forums, but was soon deleted.
Other reports suggest, that this same tablet has already received the BIS certification that is mandatory for any device before launching in India, and the certification reveals the model numbers OPD2304 and OPD2305, which indicates two different variants, most likely a Wi-Fi only and a Wi-Fi + cellular versions. In other reports a tablet model has received other certifications in China, and this is thought to be the OPPO Pad Air 2, which might as well launch globally as the rebranded OnePlus Pad Go. The original OnePlus Pad features an 11.6-inch display, Dimensity 9200 SoC and supports 67W fast charging. The OnePlus Pad Go is expected to offer a tad lesser specs as compared to the OnePlus Pad to keep the prices down, but specs details are yet to be revealed.
