As per the latest leaked reports, the OnePlus Open will be launched officially on October 19. This is not expected to be the device’s local Chinese launch, but a global market launch, including its introduction in the Indian market, as per reports.

The latest leaks also suggest that the new upcoming foldable phone will be priced between Rs 1.2 lakh and Rs 1.5 lakh in India. OnePlus Open – Expected Specs & Features

The OnePlus Open would likely feature a 7.8 inch 2K AMOLED inner primary display and a 6.3 inch AMOLED secondary outer cover display. Both the displays are tipped to be endowed with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device is thought to be getting powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while booting on the Android 14 OS.

When optics are concerned, the new upcoming foldable phone from OnePlus is expected to offer a 48MP primary sensor teamed with a 48MP ultrawide and a 64MP telephoto snappers at the rear. A 32MP lens is said to be coupled with a 20MP sensor for the front facing camera, which are meant to handle the requirements of selfies and video calls. The smartphone is expected to draw its juice from a 4800mAh battery pack with 100W fast charging support.
