OnePlus, the Chinese smartphone maker is rumoured to launch its Nord 2 smartphone in the global markets soon. Previous reports had claimed that the device could make its entry this month but now a known tipster has tipped its launch date. The tipster who goes by the name of Mukul Sharma has claimed that OnePlus Nord 2 will debut globally on July 24, 2021. In terms of specifications, the OnePlus Nord 2 phone is likely to feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It could be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM. For clicking photographs, the handset is rumoured to feature a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP and a 2MP snapper. At the front, there could be a 32MP selfie shooter.

The device is speculated to pack a 4,500mAh battery. An AI Benchmark listing of the device suggested that it will run on the Android 11 operating system. Apart from this, nothing more is known and we expect OnePlus to release several teasers before its official launch.
