OnePlus India has finally revealed the prices of OnePlus 6T that starts from Rs 37,999 for the base variant with 6GB and 128GB storage.
The main highlights of OnePlus 6T are Screen Unlock, bigger battery of 3700 mAh battery, Waterdrop Notch and much more.
Coming to performance, the new OnePlus 6T is claimed to provide fast and smooth user experience. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU.
When it comes to the battery, the company has increase the battery from 3300 mAh Battery to 3700mAh on the new OnePlus 6T.
The OnePlus 6 users will get Nightscape feature starting tomorrow. The users will also get Studio Lighting in the new OS update.
Enhancing night photography, the company has introduced a new algorithm called Nightscape, which is designed to take photos even in low light conditions or during nights.
Coming to the design, OnePlus has retained some of design elements from OnePlus 6 to incoporate them into the new OnePlus 6T.
The OnePlus 6T also comes with 3 different animations to choose from, for unlocking the device.
Ditching conventional fingerprint sensor at the rear, OnePlus has now introduced the security feature upfront in the display, which is called as Screen Unlock. The module can unlock the phone in just 0.34 seconds, claims OnePlus.

The new OnePlus 6T comes with an all-glass body, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Upfront, the device packs a 6.41-inch Optic AMOLED display screen with a waterdrop notch and in-display fingerprint sensor. Powering the device is the same octa-core Snapdragon 845 SoC that featured in the previous flagship model. For photography, the device will pack the same set of sensors seen on the previous flagship device. The front camera is the same 16MP SONY sensor for selfies and video calling. The rear camera module will also remain untouched with 16MP primary sensor and 20MP depth sensor. Coming to the colour variants, the device comes in 2 exciting colours – Midnight Black and Mirror Black. In the US market, the base variant is priced at $549 for the base variant. So, we speculate that OnePlus 6T will be launched in India around Rs 40,000. The remaining two variants with 128GB and 256GB storage could be priced around Rs 39,990 and Rs 44,990 respectively.
