OnePlus, a Shenzhen based Chinese smartphone manufacturer recently launched its flagship smartphone, OnePlus 6 in India priced at Rs. 34,999. The most awaited smartphone delivered on the promises that the company made prior the launch providing its users with super speed making its presence felt. The smartphone company rolled out the very first update within weeks of launch rectifying few bugs and fixes over battery concerns.

As per the report from BGR, the smartphone seems to be spotted with a new bug, which silences the audio during an ongoing call. Users of OnePlus 6 encountered this audio bug when they switched their phones to speaker mode, which basically mutes the audio of the sender to the receiver. At this point, the user is not able to hear any sound even if it is switched back to earpiece mode. This audio bug currently has no fix other than ending the call and reconnecting it again. The company was quick in responding to the issue raised and admitted that they will roll out the second update soon for their device, which will rectify all the issues that are prevailing.

OnePlus’ upcoming update assures fixes to many issues received from its official Q & A forum. The update will have more option to display notification icons in the status bar. Also, it will increase the sound volume of the notification and ringtone. The ‘Do Not Disturb’ feature will be added, also some improvements on the Alert Slider functionality will be seen with the new update. The three dots overflow indicator from the status bar will be removed, which is visible beside notch on the OnePlus 6. The major highlight of this new update is the autofocus fix for the rear camera. The company did not state a date for their upcoming update for OnePlus 6 phones.

On the specification front, the first flagship device of 2018 from OnePlus sports a 6.29-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 19:9 of aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with RAM offered up to 8GB. As for the graphics performance, it is equipped with Adreno 630 GPU. Coming to the cameras, it has a dual rear camera (16MP+20MP) and 16MP front shooter. The smartphone currently comes in two colour variants Mirror Black and Midnight Black. While a new colour variant Silk White will be available for sale on June 5, 2018.
