Mumbai, July 28: UK-based startup Nothing is set to launch the much-awaited Phone (2a) Plus in India on July 31 and will make its global debut on the same day. The brand’s co-founder - Carl Pei had previously revealed a few details about the handset. However, a new leak has surfaced online that sheds light on key specs of the upcoming Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, confirming that it would be an upgrade over the regular Phone (2a).

The latest leak from Smartprix suggests that Nothing’s upcoming device will bear three notable hardware upgrades over the standard version. There will be a 50MP selfie shooter upfront, which on paper is an upgrade over the standard model’s 32MP camera. The handset likely will sport the same 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate featuring an under-display fingerprint sensor. It is confirmed to draw power from MediaTek’s octa-core Dimensity 7350 chipset clubbed with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone is said to be offered in two configurations - 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB. According to the report, the phone could come in two colours - Black and Grey.
