According to a report, a manager asked the employees to notify the company seven days before they get ill. This message from a company manager confused many people over their actions, as no one can predict their health.

On Reddit, a user named "r/antiwork" posted screenshots of a conversation between an employee and his manager. As per the screenshot, the employee informed the manager on WhatsApp, "My health is not well, so I won't be coming to the office." Half an hour later, the manager replied, "Sick leave loge toh aaj?" asking if he was taking sick leave. The employee said "yes" to this question.

After 45 minutes, the manager replied to the employee and said he should inform about the sick leave seven days before the authority.
