Motorola has officially announced the launch of its latest smartphone - Moto X50 Ultra in China. The same device was introduced in the global markets as the Edge 50 Ultra. The phone is available in three variants - 12GB + 256GB, 12GB +512GB and 16GB + 1TB. Price of the phone starts from 3,999 yuan (approximately Rs. 46,000) for the base variant and goes up to 4,699 yuan (around Rs 54,000) for the top-end variant. It will go on sale in China starting May 24. Motorola Edge 50 Fusion With 144Hz Refresh Rate & 32MP Front Camera Launched in India.

Motorola's newest smartphone boasts a 6.7-inch FHD+ pOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. The panel also gets 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour space, up to 2500 nits of brightness and HDR 10+. It sources power from Snapdragon's octa-core 8s Gen 3 chipset with Adreno 735 GPU paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone comes with a sandblasted aluminium frame along with Corning GorilGlass Victus protection upfront. It comes in three colours - Nordic Wood, Forest Grey and Peach Fuzz.

For photography, the Motorola X50 Ultra phone has a triple camera module at the rear. It has a 50MP primary lens, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera with macro option, and a 64MP 3X portrait telephoto lens. The front camera is a 50MP snapper for selfies and video calling. The phone also has IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance. The phone runs on Android 14 OS out of the box.

The Moto X50 Ultra is backed by a 4,500 mAh battery with 125W TurboPower fast charging support. Additionally, the device also has 50W wireless charging capabilities and supports 5W reverse charging.
