Mumbai, August 30: The Motorola Edge 50 Neo has been launched in the European markets with a starting price of EUR 499 (roughly INR 46,000). It comes as the latest offering in Moto’s popular Edge 50 lineup. Motorola also introduced the Edge 50 alongside the Edge 50 Neo smartphone, which is already on sale in the Indian market. On the other hand, the Motorola Edge 50, which costs EUR 599 (around INR 55,000), will be rolled out to Latin America, Asia and Oceania markets in the coming weeks.

The Lenovo-owned phone brand has confirmed the smartphone’s arrival in markets like Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Oceania in the coming months. The phone comes in four colourways - Pantone Grisaille, Pantone Latte, Pantone Nautical Blue and Pantone Poinciana. Infinix Hot 50 5G With Aspherical Lens To Launch on September 5.

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo sports a 6.4-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,220x2,670 pixels resolution. Protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, the panel supports HDR10+ and 3,000 nits peak brightness, and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, it packs MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. Vivo T3 Ultra With MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Likely Coming in September.

Coming to the camera department, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo gets a triple rear camera unit comprising a 50MP Sony LYT-700C primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with up to 3x optical zoom. Up front, it gets a 32MP snapper for selfies and video calls. The handset is backed by a 4,310mAh battery with a 68W  wired and 15W wireless charging.
