Moto Z3 Smartphone With 5G MotoMod Launched in US; Slated to Go on Sale on August 16
Moto Z3 smartphone will be available on Verizon carrier from August 16 onwards while the 5G Moto Mods are likely to come earky next year.
Motorola, a Lenovo-owned smartphone making company, on Thursday, has officially launched an all-new Moto Z3 flagship smartphone. The new flagship smartphone from Motorola will be pitted against the likes of Google Pixel 2 and Samsung Galaxy S9. The Android-powered device is slated to go on sale in the US market on August 16, which will be available on Verizon only. Launched at a press event at the headquarters in Chicago, the newest addition in Motorola's global lineup will also get 5G MotoMods or modules. For optics, the smartphone also comes with a dual camera module comprising of a 12MP primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture and secondary monochrome camera with dual LED flash. At the front, there is an 8MP snapper for selfie and video calling. One of the main underlines of the flagship device is that it comes with a side mounted fingerprint reader, which could prove out to be a handy one.
Backed by 3000 mAh battery, the new Moto Z3 smartphone is splash resistant and runs Android 8.1 Oreo with upgradable to Android P. As far as the prices are concerned, the new Motorola Moto Z3 smartphone will be priced around $480 (without contract), which is approximately Rs. 33,000. The smartphone will also be available with 24 monthly instalments starting from $20 each month. The handset will be available in US from August 16 onwards. However, there is no official announcement for the launch date of Moto Z3 smartphone in India.
