Mumbai, June 26: Lenovo-owned Motorola on Tuesday launched a new smartphone, Moto S50 Neo, in China. The phone made its debut alongside the new-gen foldable phone, the Moto Razr 50 series. Motorola offers the S50 Neo in three configurations - 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. The base variant has a price tag of CNY 1,399 (around Rs. 16,000), while the mid-variant costs CNY 1,599 (around Rs. 18,500). The top-end variant has a price tag of CNY 1,899 (around Rs. 22,000). Redmi Note 13 Chromatic Purple Colour Variant Launched in India.

Motorola's latest smartphone addition will go on sale starting June 28 through the official Lenovo China e-store. The phone will be available in 3 colours - Black, Blue and Green. Motorola has remained coy about its arrival in the global market or the Indian market. We reckon it could happen very soon. The brand recently recently teased the Moto Razr 50 series in India. We expect it to be launched along the new-gen Razr 50 series or after it.

Moto S50 Neo has a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. It runs on Motorola's Hello UI based on Android 14 OS out-of-the-box.
