New Delhi, August 27: Midjourney has reportedly made its AI image creation tool accessible to everyone for free. The update will allow users to generate images without any cost for its users to explore the capabilities of AI in image creation. Previously, users had to navigate through the Discord method to create images, but now, with the dedicated website, the process is simpler and user-friendly.

As per a report of PC Mag, Midjourney Makes AI image creation free for everyone. Midjourney CEO David Holz has reportedly announced that they have opened up their website for everyone to access and the users can generate up to 25 images without any charge. It is a shift from the previous method that required Discord and was available only to users who had generated at least 10,000 images. Now, the streamlined website experience is open to all to make AI image generation more accessible. Once you’ve used up your 25 free images, users will need to subscribe to one of Midjourney’s paid plans. As per multiple reports, the platform offers four plans, which include Basic, Standard, Pro and Mega, each with different prices and features.

How To Use Midjourney for Image Creation

To start creating images on Midjourney’s website, users need to sign up with either a Google or Discord account. As per multiple reports, if users have previously created images via Discord, they can merge their old account with your new one to retrieve the image history. To generate an image, users can type a prompt in the provided field. Midjourney will then create four different images based on the prompt. Users can refine them using specific actions like Strong or Subtle enhancements and can also zoom, pan and upscale the images.
