Xiaomi, a well-known Chinese smartphone company is all set to launch its next phablet - Mi Max 3, on Thursday, July 19 in China. As per sources, the smartphone will be introduced at an event at 7: 30 pm on the said date. The news of the confirmation comes from the company spokesperson Donovan Sung’s tweet, in which he piqued Mi fans’ curiosity by saying that something big is coming with a bigger screen and bigger battery. Until now, Xiaomi has not revealed any specifications, features or price of the device. As per reports, the Chinese phone maker could also be launching Mi A2 smartphones on July 24 in Spain. Oppo Find X with Pop-Up Camera Launched in India at Rs 59,990; Online Sale via Flipkart on August 3.

Considering the rumoured specifications, the device may be powered with the 636 Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC and paired with up to 6GB of RAM. Running the smartphone could be the latest Android 8.1 OS. Mi Max 3 smartphones may also feature a 6.9-inch Full HD+ display with 1080x2160 resolutions and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The device could pack a 5,500 mAh battery and may support fast charging capabilities.  In terms of internal storage space, the smartphone could support up to 256GB and come with expandability options.

Regarding the features, Xiaomi’s third generation phablet may adopt the latest AI technology, which could feature intelligent scene recognition, portrait mode and AI face unlock. As for the fingerprint sensor, we can expect the device to incorporate it below the camera setup.
