Xiaomi is all set to host its Smarter Living Event in India on September 17 wherein the Chinese brand is expected to launch host of new products. According to the recent market reports, the Chinese tech giant is expected to launch the highly awaited Mi Band 4 at the event. It is important to note that Mi Band 4 is already available in China market and it is all set to hit the Indian market. The upcoming device will be retailed online via Amazon India website. The listing on Amazon reveals that the new Mi Band 4 will be offered in 4 new shades with a coloured display. The new Mi Band 4 will come with a bigger screen than the predecessor featuring a coloured OLED display. The new band will get an 0.95-inch display with a resolution of 240x120p. Additionally, it will also sport a layer of 2.5D curved glass on top of the screen.

Interestingly, the forthcoming Mi Band 4 will be more smarter and stylish than the Mi Band 3, which will sport various tracking and fitness features. The band will also be capable of detecting several swimming activities like Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly stroke, and Medley.

As far as the prices are concerned, the Mi Band comes with a price of RMB 169 which is around Rs 1,700. It is important to note that this pricing is for the Non-NFC version. However, the NFC unit costs RMB 229 (approximately Rs 2.300). We speculate that Xiaomi might launch both NFC and Non-NFC variants of Mi Band 4 in India by next week. It is rumoured that Xiaomi could launch the Mi Band 4 at a similar price to the Mi Band 3, which is Rs 1,999 in India.
