LG India will be launching the much awaited W-series smartphone in India on June 26. This piece of information is confirmed as per the teaser shared by the company itself on its official site. The forthcoming LG smartphone will pack a triple rear camera with plenty of features. The new W-series phone from LG's stable will also enable the users to change the water-drop notch shape on the phone. It will also bring hiding feature to hide the notch completely with a black bar. The phone maker has already started sending out invites for the launch event of the new W-series smartphone, which is scheduled to happen on June 26. Apart from the teasers, a micro site went live on Amazon with 'Notify Me' button.
Considering the teaser image, it is believed that the phone will sport a vertically aligned triple cameras at the back. Also, we could see the handset in three exciting shades - blue, jade green, and black. The phone is also expected to feature a glossy rim around the edges with a curved profile.
The company also claims that the phone will sport AI-enabled camera with several modes like night mode, portrait mode, bokeh mode, and ability to take wide-angle photos. Under the hood, the phone will be powered by a 12nm octa-core chipset, which will be clocked at 2.0GHz. However, LG hasn't specified whether it will be employed SoC from MediaTek or Qualcomm.

Moreover, the customers will be able to choose between U shaped or V Shaped notch or completely hide the same. Additionally, the South Korean consumer electronics maker claims that the new W-series smartphone will be launched with a competitive price tag.
