Lenovo has recently been building quite a huge hype for its upcoming Flagship Smartphone promising first Bezel-less display without the notch. The Lenovo Z5 teasers have rolled out in plenty and the smartphone is expected to come with premium features that we may never have seen on a smartphone. Lenovo Company just confirmed that it will be hosting an event in Beijing on June 5 where it will launch the Lenovo Z5 in all its glory. The Lenovo Z5 was initially expected to launch on June 14, but now Lenovo’s Vice President Chang Cheng has confirmed the event on June 5 Beijing. The event will begin at 2 pm CST (11.30am IST).

Earlier Lenovo Z5 revealed that it will sport a fully bezel-less display with no notch at the top or bottom to house all the sensors. Whereas, the optics for this smartphone will sport an AI dual camera at the back. The smartphone is promised to come with a massive 4TB of internal storage space with the help of “particle technology". Lenovo’s Vice President, claims that with this much storage space, the smartphone will be able to hold 2,000 HD movies, 150,000 lossless music files, and 1 million photos. The Lenovo Z5 also claims to offer up to 45 days of standby time.

As for specification, Lenovo hasn’t revealed it completely but as for rumours and expectation goes the Z5 will have Snapdragon 845 Processor coupled with either 6GB or 8GB RAM, 5.99-inch FHD+ display and much more.

The Z5 will be a follow-up of the ZUK series that included the Z1, the Z2 Pro, the Z2 and the Edge. Lenovo Vice President Cheng also stated that the Lenovo Z5 will have “4 technological breakthroughs” and “18 patented technologies”, with some of it likely to be in the UI department where the ZUK interface is expected to make a return.
