For improving job search experience for the Indian users, Google today officially introduced a new search feature to the search engine. This new experience from the tech giant proffers a quick and easy way to find new job opportunities across various job listing websites, online classifieds as well as companies. The newly unveiled job search feature from Google can effortlessly narrow down the results by employing smart filters, save listing, and more. The users can now access this feature on the Search App on Android as well as iOS in English. This feature is also available in Google Search on desktop as well as mobile. In order to bring out the most comprehensive listing of jobs, the Tech giant has worked with number of organisations throughout the industry. The organisations include TimesJobs, Shine.com, QuikrJobs, Freshersworld, Headhonchos, IBM Talent Management Solutions, LinkedIn, Quezx,  Aasaanjobs, T-Jobs,  Wisdomjobs and more.

Google has also released an open documentation for assisting the larger ecosystem of job providers which will help the organisation to make their job opening discoverable. By using open structured schema.org web markup standards, job openings on every organisation will be discoverable under this new search experience. As per the company, there has been more than 45% rise in job search queries in the last fourth quarter which will continue to grow. The company aims to help fresher in finding their first job as well as seasoned professional looking for better prospects.
