New Delhi, October 15: Italy is reportedly preparing to test Elon Musk's Starlink satellites to enhance internet access in remote areas of the country. The initiative is expected to address the limited connectivity in rural parts of the country. The Italian government hopes to improve internet penetration and provide reliable services by using Starlink's advanced satellite technology. The Starlink satellites, known for delivering high-speed internet, could be the solution for Italy to boost its internet connection.

As per a report of Economic Times, Italy is planning to test Starlink satellites to boost internet penetration in some of the country’s remote regions. The test will assess the possibility of using Elon Musk's satellite network for reliable internet access in rural parts of Italy.
