The iQoo Z9x 5G smartphone will make its India debut today. The Chinese tech giant will officially announce the price of the newest phone at noon. Ahead of its launch, key details have been confirmed by the company courtesy of the micro-site listed on Amazon.in. The India-spec variant could be identical to the model retailed in China. The iQoo Z9x 5G will boast a 6.72-inch display with a punch-hole cutout housing the front camera. The screen gets a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1000 nits. It will also come with dual stereo speakers with Hi-Res certification. The iQOO Z9x 5G smartphone will be IP64-certified for dust and water-resistant.
Under the hood, there will be an octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen SoC clubbed with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with 8GB of virtual RAM. The internal storage can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.
The 5G phone will sport a squarish island housing a dual rear camera module. The setup comprises a 50MP primary sensor alongside a secondary lens. It will run on Android 14 OS out-of-the-box, and the brand has promised to provide two major OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
The iQoo Z9x 5G gets a massive 6,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The company claims that the phone can provide power for at least 10 hours in just 30 minutes of charge.
