As per the report from GadgetsNow, the American tech giant decided to slash the prices of iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus and other models after launching the new 2018 iPhones. In the US market, the company completely discontinued iPhone X before launching the new 2018 iPhone XS. Apple iPhone X: Starting with iPhone XS predecessor, the 64GB variant of iPhone X is currently retailed at Rs 91,900 whereas the 256GB variant is priced at Rs 1.06 lakh. iPhone 8 and 8 Plus: Currently, the iPhone 8 is priced at Rs 59,900 for the 64GB variant, while the bigger 256GB version is available at Rs 74,900. iPhone 7 and 7 Plus: Likewise iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, Apple's other old models like iPhone 7 and 7 Plus too have witnessed a price drop. Released in the year 2015, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are still on offer from the American tech giant. As far as the prices are concerned, the 32GB variant of the iPhone 7 now retails at Rs 39,900 whereas 128GB variant costs about Rs 49,900. On the other hand, the 32GB and 128GB variants of iPhone 7 Plus are priced at Rs 39,900 and Rs 49,900 respectively.
iPhone 6S and 6S Plus: Apple's oldest models such as iPhone 6S and 6S Plus also has witnessed a price drop. The iPhone 6S is now retailed at Rs 29,900 for 32GB variant and the 128GB variant now can be bought at Rs 39,900. The iPhone 6S, on the other hand, attract buyers with prices Rs 34,900 and Rs 44,900 for the 32GB and 128GB variants respectively. Moreover, the prices of iPhone SE and iPhone 6 are not mentioned on Apple's official India website. So it is fair to speculate that the company soon will be discontinuing the two devices. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.
