San Francisco, July 23: iPhone 17, the successor of the upcoming iPhone 16, will reportedly launch in 2025, likely in September, offering a new camera setup on the rear along with improved design. iPhone 15, released in 2023, attracted a lot of customers who waited in line to get their new Apple smartphone. The upcoming iPhone 16 has been abuzz with rumours, expected design changes, and significant changes in camera, battery, and other departments. 

Now, rumours say that the iPhone 16 could be similar to the iPhone 15 with slight changes in the design. According to a report by Macrumors, the upcoming iPhone 17 would have a slim design offering a sleeker and thinner design. The report mentioned that the upcoming iPhone 17 model will have a titanium aluminium chassis. The report said it had a design similar to the iPhone X of 2017. The previous reports already mentioned that the smartphone will have major upgrades in the camera and will introduce a "tetraprism" camera. The report highlighted that Apple might redesign its camera bump and relocate it in the upcoming 17 series.   • Better displays: The report also mentioned the possibility of the iPhone 17 having up to 120Hz refresh rate on its new ProMotion display, which might come with "display coating." The coating is said to improve anti-glare and offer better scratch resistance.

  • Design and Camera changes: iPhone 17 smartphones are expected to have significant design changes in the camera setup. The relocated camera bump is anticipated in the devices.

  • Powerful AI processing: The upcoming Apple smartphones might be more efficient at executing multiple tasks related to artificial intelligence.
