Cupertino, July 11: Apple iPhone 17 is expected to launch next year with significant performance and design upgrades and probably with powerful AI features.  Apple will launch its next-generation iPhone 16 lineup this year, likely in September last year. The new Apple iPhones might launch with ChatGPT integration and improved AI features. According to a report, beyond the iPhone 16 launch, the iPhone 17 is now rumoured to include three 48MP rear cameras.

As per the report, the current-gen iPhone 15 Pro models feature 48MP main, 12MP ultrawide and 12MP telephoto cameras. Ming-Chi Kuo reportedly said that the sensors of 48MP CIS in iPhone 16 Pro models would be 1/2.6-inch in size compared to a 12MP camera with a 1/3.1-inch sensor. In September 2024, Apple's iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max would likely come with a Tetreaprism telephoto lens, and these models might offer at least 5x optical zoom and 25x digital zoom.
