The iPhone 16 lineup includes iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max - all powered by the latest A18 series chipsets and likely coming with advanced Apple Intelligence features.
During Apple Glowtime event started at 10:30 PM IST, the tech giant launched its new iPhone 16 lineup with significant upgrades in the camera, design, features and specifications. iPhone 16 Series Price in India and Availability
iPhone 16 standard model with 128GB internal storage is available at INR 79,900. The 256GB variant and 512GB variant start at INR 89,900 and INR 1,09,900 respectively. The iPhone 16 Plus price in India starts at INR 89,900 for 128GB storage, INR 99,900 for 256GB storage and INR 1,19,900 for 512GB storage variant.
On the other hand, the iPhone 16 Pro starts at INR 1,19,000 for 128GB variant. For 256GB variant, the customers will have to pay INR 1,29,900 and for 512GB variant, INR 1,49,900. The Pro model is also available in 512GB storage option at INR 1,69,000. The iPhone 16 Pro Max price starts in India at INR 1,44,900 for 256GB storage variant. Apple has launched the 512GB at INR 1,64,900.
The top-end model iPhone 16 Pro Max with 1TB storage is priced at INR 1,84,900. The iPhone 16 series pre-orders will begin at 5:30 PM IST on September 13, 2024 and the devices will be available on September 20, 2024.
iPhone 16 Series Features and Specifications
iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus come with A18 processor for enhanced AI processing and handling multi-tasking. They both come with aluminium design. latest Ceramic Shield front and following colour options - Black, Pink, Teal, Ultramarine. The standard model offers 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display and weighs 170 grams. The Plus model offers 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR display and weighs 199 grams. Both the models offer 48MP Fusion, 12MP telephoto and 12MP ultra wide camera setup. They support maximum 4K Dolby Vision Recording at up to 60fps. It has 12MP TrueDepth selfie camera.
iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max come with A18 Pro processor, which is more powerful than the A17 Pro and A18. They are available in Desert Titanium, Natural Titanium, White Titanium and Black Titanium options. They offer 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR display respectively. The camera setup on the devices include 48MP Fusion, 12MP telephoto and 48MP ultra wide. It supports up to 4K 120fps recording.
