iPhone 15 Pro Max To Be Delivered in November in Some Countries Due To Huge Demand: Reports
Due to supply difficulty and huge demand for iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple may take longer to deliver its smartphones to China, USA, and Japan. The tech giant may also get competition in China from Huawei Mate 60 series in China during waiting period.
Mumbai, September 18: After a long waiting period, the iPhone 15 series launched on September 12, 2023, during its global event. After the launch, the company has faced difficulties in keeping up with the demand as having a lower supply of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The pre-orders started on September 14, and since then, many countries like Japan, China, and some USA. The customers will have to wait till November to get their devices.
Apple had a strong surge of demand for its smartphones after it announced the pre-orders on Friday. As per reports, Apple is likely to face competition from Huawei and other local brands in China from delivering smartphones. Due to the four-to-five weeks of waiting period, the tech giant may get a financial hit amidst Beijing controlling iPhone use for the government staff. iPhone Maker Foxconn Plans to Double Investment, Jobs in India by 2024.
According to the reports, the wait for the new iPhones in China is over, as the company could deliver the smartphones on September 22. In the United States, however, the buyers will have to wait about six or seven weeks before finally getting their smartphones. However, the Pro models are available in China within two or three weeks.
iPhone 15 China Orders:
iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max were sold within minutes of going live for sale on the Alibaba website in China. The reports say there were more than 3.4 million reservations for the device on JD.com, one of the biggest chains for iPhone sales in China. The Huawei devices are slowly declining, giving Apple an excellent opportunity to cover the massive demands of Chinese customers. Still, the Huawei Mate 60 series can be challenging for iPhones with advanced features and chipsets. As per the state media reports, the sales of Huawei have been better than expected, and the company has raised its shipment target by 20% for its Mate 60 smartphone. According to reports, the overall forecast for Huawei smartphones will likely be 40 million units in 2023. Huawei did not plan the pre-marketing, events and launch and still got great customer demand. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is also said to introduce its new smartphone on September 25.
