The new 15 series lineup includes iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Apple started the official sale on September 22, 2023, for all the devices worldwide, meeting the huge demand rise. However, recently, many reports say that the customers say that the devices are having heating issues.
According to the latest report, the customers say that the device is getting overheated overheated while gaming and becomes too hot even to touch. The new iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max owners have been reporting the problem all over the online forums and social media handles, saying the back side of the device becomes too hot to touch while playing video games, during video chats and while calling. As per the reports, the customers say their devices become too hot when plugged in for charging.
The reports further say that the Apple Technical Staff have been listening and guiding the customers on handling their iPhone if it becomes too hold or cold by sharing old support articles. The reports also inform that the common reason for getting the heated device is using intensive apps, charging, and even setting up the device for the first time.

As per the reports, the new iPhone 15 smartphones are closely looked at by the company for having any potential flaws that cause heating issues.
