New Delhi, May 6: Instagram, the popular photo and video-sharing app owned by Meta, has recently unveiled four new features to enhance the user experience on its platform. These new features are expected to provide more creative tools and customisation options for Instagram's stories and reels. With these new features, users can showcase their creativity and engage with their audience in new ways and make their posts more interesting and interactive. 

As per a report of ABP Live, the four new features introduced by Instagram are "Reveal", "Frames", "Cutout" and "Add Yours Music Stickers". These features will likely make the Instagram experience more engaging and fun. Reveal Sticker Feature

The Reveal sticker can be used as a great tool for initiating discussions and is especially beneficial for Instagram creators looking to enhance their engagement on the platform. When using this feature, creators can choose the Stickers icon when creating a new Story and pick the "Reveal" sticker. As part of the process, you will be required to input a hint that will appear to your audience, providing some insight as to what is being covered up within your hidden story. Once shared, your followers can uncover the content by messaging you directly but you do not have to approve each message for your story to be unveiled.

Frames Feature

Start by tapping on the stickers icon when creating a new Story. From there, choose the "Frames" sticker to access your photo gallery and select the desired image for framing. Once you've chosen the image, you can further personalise your Story by adding a caption. The Frames sticker is more like a reference back to a post. The Frames sticker displays the time and date automatically when you add an image. This feature is accessible through a dedicated sticker and users can view it by either shaking their phones or pressing the "Shake to reveal" button.

Cutout Feature

Add Yours Music Feature

To access this feature, tap the Stickers icon, then choose the "Add Yours Music" sticker. Proceed by selecting the "Add Music" button and choosing a song from Instagram's music library. This feature enables users to express their thoughts and feelings through music.
