Mumbai, May 11: Hong Kong-based smartphone maker Infinix is set to launch a new gaming-focused smartphone - GT 20 Pro in India on May 21. Alongside the gaming-focused smartphone, the brand will also be launching its first-ever gaming laptop - GT Book. The upcoming GT 20 and GT Book laptop will be a new addition to Infinix’s GT Verse lineup that also includes MagCase, finger sleeves and cooling fan, RGB mat, RGB headphone and RGB mouse. iQoo Z9x 5G Smartphone India Launch Officially Confirmed for May 16.

The brand has yet to reveal the exact specifications and features of the upcoming phone. However, the smartphone was recently unveiled in the global market. The Infinix GT 20 Pro is priced in Saudi Arabia at SAR 1,299 (around Rs. 28,800).

The global-spec Infinix GT 20 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. It also features a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The device is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 8200-Ultra SoC paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. For an enhanced gaming experience, the device has a Pixelworks X5 Turbo Gaming Display chip and a VC cooling system.

For optics, there would be a triple camera module at the rear comprising a 108MP Samsung HM6 primary lens with OIS accompanied by a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is a 32MP shooter to capture high-quality selfies and video calls. It runs on Android 14-based XOS 14 out of the box. The upcoming Infinix GT 20 Pro gaming-focused smartphone will be backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. Expect the brand to reveal more precise details and specifications about the GT Book Laptop in the coming days.
