Indian Air Force, the air-arm of Indian Armed Forces on Wednesday launched the official version a combat-based mobile game in India. Called as 'Indian Air Force: A Cut Above', the mobile game is developed by Threye: Military Games. Aimed to encourage youth to join Indian Armed Forces, the game is available in both Android and iOS versions. The game was launched by IAF Chief - BS Dhanoa in Delhi. Currently, the game is available as a single player wherein the user can cherish the thrill of flying experience. Moreover, the Indian Air Force will be introducing the multiplayer version of the game. Here's how you can download the mobile game on Android or iOS phones. Steps for downloading on Android phones:

1. The user need to head straight to Google Play Store on the Android Device. After opening the Play Store, they need to type 'Indian Air Force: A Cut Above' in the search bar available at the top.

2. After searching, the users will get plenty of options. The user need to select the game, which is being developed by Threye: Military Games.

3. Available with 7+ rating and 100+ downloads, the user can now download the game on the Android phone by tapping 'install'. After installing the game, you can play the game on your Android phone.

Steps for downloading on iOS phones:

1. The steps for downloading the mobile game on iOS platform is very similar to that of Android. The users need to open App store on the iOS device.

2. After opening the App Store, you need to find the game via search button provided in the corner at right hand side.

3. Post searching, the user have to click on 'Get' to download and install the game on the iOS device.

The teaser video of the game shows the players will be able to virtually fly several aircrafts like fighter jets, choppers and cargo lifters. Additionally, the player will also use anti-aircraft machine guns to shoot down enemy planes from the land. The graphics of the game looks decent, it would interesting to see if the game-play offers similar graphics for the players.
