After introducing the new Huawei P20 Pro in the global markets, the Chinese smartphone making company is all set to launch its flagship model in India. Confirming the same, the company posted a teaser video on its Twitter handle hinting that Huawei P20 and P20 smartphones could hit the Indian market soon. As a reminder, Huawei unveiled the new P20 and P20 Pro smartphones at an event in Paris last month. The company has been continuously teasing the smartphone on its official Twitter handle. Previously, the Chinese smartphone company teased the new P20 series with a teaser stating - “is it a phone? Is it a DSLR? It is best of both worlds!” With the hints from the new teasers, it is believed that the company will be introducing the entire P20 series in India. As per the report from GSMArena, the devices are expected to hit India by the last week of April.

Talking about the recently introduced Huawei P20 Pro, the flagship model sports a 6.1-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with capacitive touchscreen panel. The display carries an aspect ratio of 18.5:9 along with resolution of 1080 x 2240 pixels. The flagship device comes powered by an octa-core Kirin 970 chipset coupled with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage capacity. The main highlight of the device is its camera which is co-engineered by Leica. The camera module sports a triple camera setup featuring a 40Megapixel f/1.7 primary sensor with a 20 Megapixel mono-chrome sensor and an 8 Megapixel telephoto sensor. Fitted with 4000 mAh battery, the smartphone runs on EMUI 8.1 Android based Oreo 8.1. It also comes in 4 colors - Midnight Blue, Graphite Black, Pink Gold and Twilight. The last branded product launched by the Chinese smartphone maker was Huawei P9 which was launched in the year 2016. Since then, Huawei introduced number of flagship models in the European market but none were launched in India.
